Description
The Clayton County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified bidder to provide Liquid Asphalt Supply Services on an annual contract basis. The contract will commence within ten days of receipt of a written notice to proceed and will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for four successive one-year terms. The bidder must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing Liquid Asphalt Supply Services and must be listed on the Georgia Department of Transportation's qualified products list. The contract will require the bidder to provide liquid asphalt supply services as needed, and the county reserves the right to make multiple awards or no award.
