Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide surgical light sources and related equipment for the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System in Tucson, Arizona. The contract will be for a one-time firm-fixed-price purchase, with a period of performance of 60 days. The vendor must provide 10 units of 300W xenon light sources, 10 floor stands, 20 ultralight headlights, and 10 ultralite premium headlight cables. The equipment must meet specific salient characteristics, including daylight-quality beam, adjustable intensity, and hospital-grade power input. The vendor must also provide warranties, user manuals, and regulatory certification labels.
