Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide window re-caulking repair services. The scope of work includes re-caulking of the curtain wall at Courtyard 1, with minimal removal of caps. The contractor may need to remove exterior caps/cover plates to clean and inspect the pressure bars, glazing pockets, and weep paths. The contractor shall present an anticipated work schedule prior to notice to proceed. The work is expected to be completed during normal working hours, with some restrictions on noise levels and work hours.
