Description
The City of Lewiston is seeking bids for the removal or demolition of structures at 102 Pierce Street. The bid includes the demolition and removal of existing structures, and the successful bidder will be required to provide a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. The bid opening will take place on April 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and is mandatory for all bidders.

• The successful bidder will not be required to present a 100% Performance and Payment Bond as surety for the performance of the contract.
