Description
Elko County, Nevada is seeking annual Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms or individuals capable of providing a wide array of professional engineering, architectural, surveying, and environmental services for the county’s projects throughout 2026. The solicitation is a pre‑qualification step; qualified firms will be placed on a short‑list for future project solicitations. Submissions must include Nevada licenses, SAM registration status, debarment certifications, and at least three references per discipline. The county will review all SOQs at its Board of Commissioners meeting on February 4 2026.
• Disciplines covered include road & bridge design, soils, building & structure, planning, water & sewer master planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, hydro‑geology, surveying, and architecture.
• Each discipline requires a minimum of three references with full contact details.
• Submissions are due by 5:00 p.m. PT on January 23 2026 and must be emailed to [email protected].
• Eligibility requires current Nevada state licenses, active SAM registration (or ability to obtain), and a certification of non‑debarment.
