Boundary Maintenance Services, West Thompson Lake, North Grosvenordale, VT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is seeking a contractor to provide boundary maintenance services at West Thompson Lake, North Grosvenordale, CT. The work consists of locating, marking, and clearing brush along approximately 4 miles of USACE property boundary. The contractor will also provide a written report at the conclusion of the boundary maintenance, noting missing monuments, damaged monuments, encroachments, trespasses, and any other noteworthy observations. The contract is set-aside for small business vendors, and the applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform the boundary maintenance. • The contractor will be required to submit a written report and photo album documenting the boundary maintenance. • The contractor will be responsible for correcting any deficiencies at no additional cost to the Government prior to acceptance and payment of the contract. • The contractor will be required to comply with all established security policies of USACE. • The contractor will be required to provide a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan and conduct daily safety meetings.
