The City of College Station is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for a multi-component public infrastructure and park improvement project. The project includes the rehabilitation of James Parkway, Puryear Drive, Francis Drive, and enhancements to Mabel Clare Thomas Park. The selected firm will begin in a support role for preconstruction services alongside the design team and assume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. The CMAR firm will also be responsible for the construction means and methods. • The project includes rehabilitation of streets and enhancements to a park. • The selected firm will provide pre-construction and construction services. • The project will be delivered through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. • A pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 5, 2026, followed by a site visit.
