Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for Nuance PowerScribe Support and Maintenance services. The selected contractor will provide licensing, software, and hardware maintenance coverage for the Nuance PowerScribe system used by VISN 15 for radiology dictation. The contract will be for a base year, with the contractor providing both scheduled and unscheduled services to maintain the equipment in a fully functional condition with a 98% uptime guarantee. The contractor will also provide troubleshooting and clinical assistance by telephone or remote diagnostics support.
Some key requirements include:
* Providing trained personnel for on-site support
* Meeting manufacturers' performance and technical specifications, Federal Regulations, and FDA device certification
* Providing service documentation at no additional expense
* Completing applicable privacy and security training
* Installing operating system software updates provided by the OEM
* Providing a detailed field service report after each maintenance or repair
