Intent to Establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Classified Pouch Imp/Exp Handling Services U.S. Embassy Kuwait

The U.S. Embassy Kuwait is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with qualified local vendors for classified pouch import and export handling services. The selected vendor will be responsible for preparing and processing outgoing Class pouches, generating airway bills, coordinating with airlines, and providing export customs clearance, as well as clearing handling and delivery order charges for incoming Class pouches, coordinating security vehicle escort, and ensuring secure and timely delivery of incoming pouches. The agreement may span a performance period of up to five years, with a total estimated value not to exceed $350,000. • The vendor must have a company commercial registration and local license to operate in the State of Kuwait. • The vendor must have authorization from Civil Aviation to provide the requested services. • The vendor must be able to provide handling services for import and export of classified pouch shipments and comprehensive logistics services. • The vendor must be able to maintain an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration.
