Description
The US Government Publishing Office is requesting quotations for the production of envelopes, specifically 50,000 Peel and Seal #10 Regular Envelopes and 50,000 Peel and Seal #10 Window Envelopes. The contractor must provide the envelopes with the specified trim size, paper quality, and printing requirements. The delivery of the envelopes is required by 12/12/2025. The quotation should include the price for each jacket, and the award will be made based on the lowest total bid for all jackets.
• The contractor must receive furnished material, including a purchase order, PDF for production, and VA seal, via email after award.
• The contractor is responsible for performing a basic preflight check of the furnished media and publishing files.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
