Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the installation of one commercial overhead door at the OPI Glove Factory, located at the Madison Correctional Institution. The project includes all required materials, hardware, design, and permitting services. The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit on December 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Key requirements include:
• Installing a commercial overhead door measuring approximately 6” x 7’3”
• Cutting out the block wall for door opening
• Installing concrete lintel header and channel caps on both sides
• Installing wood header and sided legs for mounting door
• Patching and repairing concrete floor where block wall will be removed
• Installing door opener
The project must be completed by January 15, 2026.
