Description
The Mississippi Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the purchase of attenuator parts. The contract period will be from Commission Approval through April 30, 2027, with the option to extend for up to 12 months. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the MAGIC system or by sealed paper bid. The bid must include all required documentation, including a proposal, cooperative purchase agreement, and invoicing and payment information. The award will be made based on the lowest best bid that meets the Mississippi Department of Transportation specifications and bid requirements.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest price that meets the specifications and bid requirements for each line item.
• The bidder must be registered in the MAGIC system to submit an electronic bid.
• The bid must include all required attachments, including Attachment A, B, C, D, and E.
• The bidder must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the contract.
• The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to 12 months.
