Description
The Portage Public Schools is seeking bids for the Woodland Elementary - Asphalt & Landscaping project. The project requires a reputable and recognized organization with at least five years of successful experience in work of this type and scope. The bidder must have a license where required by public authorities having jurisdiction and ample financial resources for work of this magnitude. The bid security must be in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to secure performance, labor, and material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000.
• The bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement.
• The bidder must have qualifications as specified in the bidding documents.
• The bid documents may be examined at the Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. website or at the Builders Exchange plan rooms in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Traverse City.
