The South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism is seeking a qualified contractor to mill, repave, compact, and roll approximately 2,000‑2,500 linear feet of golf‑cart pathway at Hickory Knob State Resort Park using a 2‑inch hot‑mix asphalt overlay. The work includes site preparation, removal of existing damaged pavement, asphalt placement, compaction, and site cleanup, all to be completed within a six‑month contract period.
• Scope: Asphalt milling, 2‑inch overlay, compaction, and final finish on a golf‑cart path (≈2,500 LF).
