Brown Street Sanitary Sewer Renovation

The City of Coffeyville, Kansas is seeking bids for the Brown Street Sanitary Sewer Renovation project. The project involves renovating approximately 3,877 L.F. of 12” diameter gravity sewer pipe by installing Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) and Pipe Bursting, open cut point repairs, trenchless and open cut reconnection of lateral sewer line connections, replacement of 14 manhole frames and covers, and renovation of 14 manholes with the installation of polyurea lining with foam backing. • The project requires bidders to submit a lump sum and unit price bid as described in the Bid Form. • Digital plans and specifications can be obtained from the Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc. website for a fee of $30.00. • Hard copies of plans and specifications can be secured for a non-refundable fee of $75.00 per set. • Bidders are responsible for checking the Allgeier Martin website Plan Room for addenda and updates. • The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or to reject any or all bids.
