Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking bids for the supply of reinforced concrete pipe for all districts. The contract duration will be from the date of execution through December 31, 2026. Vendors must provide unit prices for each item and may bid on one or more districts. The vendor must provide materials to any location within the district at the submitted price. The vendor is not required to be a Supplement 1074 certified supplier but must meet the product specifications and delivery requirements outlined in the contract.
• The contract requires the vendor to provide a list of standard length pipes and may request specific lengths.
• The vendor must provide stocking locations in the Department's Pricing Pages.
• Deliveries must be made between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity.
