Pavement/ Runway Friction Assessment (Singel Night testing)

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a contractor to provide Pavement/Runway Friction Assessment services, specifically single night testing. The contractor will be required to provide friction testing and pavement evaluation services using the RT3 Flight Friction Tester, a unique device that can measure friction on dry pavement. The contract will result in a requirements contract.
