Description
The County of El Dorado is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide right of way services for the US 50 / Ponderosa Road Interchange - Durock Road Realignment and North Shingle Road Realignment projects. The selected firm will be required to provide professional and technical services, including appraisal, appraisal review, property acquisition, relocation assistance, and condemnation services. The firm must have experience with California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) right of way policies and procedures, as well as experience with federal and state funding and right of way support.
• The project involves the realignment of Durock Road and North Shingle Road, and the widening of the eastbound off-ramp.
• The successful Proposer will be required to enter into a three-year agreement with the County.
• The Proposer must demonstrate knowledge of Caltrans right of way policies and procedures, as well as experience with federal and state funding and right of way support.
• The Proposer must provide a cost proposal, including a breakdown of costs by task, and a labor rate sheet with staff classifications and hourly rates.
• The Proposer must also provide references, a statement of qualifications, and a narrative of the firm's experience and qualifications.
