The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey to identify sources that may provide various aircraft system training for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors. The training should be commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested vendors should provide a capability statement, including the type of training provided, past performance, and other relevant information. The purpose of this survey is to determine whether adequate competition exists to set aside the competition among small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or 8(a) certified firms.
• The market survey is not a request for proposals, and the FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response.
• The FAA may decide to conduct a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses.
• Interested vendors should submit their responses by email to [email protected] by February 19, 2026, 5:00 p.m. CST.
