Boone County Water Expansion Group 3.2

The Boone County Fiscal Court is soliciting bids for the construction of water main improvements in various areas of the county. The project includes the installation of new water mains, valves, hydrants, and appurtenances, as well as pavement restoration and other associated work. The successful bidder will be required to perform all necessary work in accordance with the county-approved construction plans and specifications. • The project includes the installation of approximately 14,783 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch ductile iron pipe. • The project requires the installation of 24 gate valves, 33 fire hydrant assemblies, and other appurtenances. • The project includes pavement restoration, including concrete and bituminous driveway restoration, and milling and resurfacing of roads. • The project requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including labor standards, accounting, and reporting requirements.
