Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a single‑prime or lead‑vendor contractor to design‑build an immersive audiovisual experience inside the existing Sensory Treehouse at the Environmental & Heritage Center. The contractor must produce and integrate a 30‑minute media package (or selected alternate) with a full suite of immersive projection (walls, ceiling, floor), spatial audio, show‑control, and related engineering documentation, while coordinating all permitting, safety, and warranty requirements.
• Deliver complete media production (cinematography, editing, motion graphics, sound design, captions) and AV system integration (projectors, speakers, control servers, cabling, power).
• Provide detailed engineering drawings, shop‑drawings, O&M manuals, and a 1‑year warranty on all work, equipment, and materials.
• Meet the sealed‑bid, design‑build submission deadline of 24 Sept 2026 2:50 p.m. ET and supply a 5 % bid bond plus the ability to furnish 100 % performance and payment bonds.
