The City of Casper, Wyoming, is seeking bids for the purchase of six new portable lifts for its Fleet Services. The lifts should be 19,000lb portable column lifts, new, complete, and ready for service. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the goods to the City of Casper, Casper Service Center, within a certain number of calendar days after the award of the contract by the City Council. The City reserves the right to evaluate all bids received based on conformance with the specifications, availability of repair parts, adequacy of service facilities, delivery schedules, and other criteria, as well as net cost. • The goods should be new and the latest current production models meeting the terms of the specifications. • The bidder should include all items standard to the article bid, whether or not specifically mentioned in the specifications. • The City reserves the right to make an inspection of the goods within a reasonable time after delivery to ensure compliance with the contract. • The bidder should enclose, with their bid, a copy of the warranty which applies to the goods proposed to be furnished. • The City will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
