Description
The Neighborhood House Charter School is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for a comprehensive paving and resurfacing project at their Queen Street campus. The project includes milling and overlaying the main parking lot, expanding specific parking areas, repaving walkways and driveways, installing speed bumps, and resurfacing/painting the athletic court. The project must be scheduled and completed between June 20, 2026, and August 16, 2026.
• The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work as described in the full IFB package and associated drawings and specifications.
• The contractor must adhere to the prevailing wage rates and include them in their bid.
• The contractor is responsible for applying for, securing, and paying for all necessary street and construction permits.
• The contractor must provide a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, treasurer’s check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price.
