Engineering Svc - CSAH 10 Reconstruction Project

The County of Hennepin is seeking a consultant to provide all-encompassing design engineering services for the CSAH 10 Reconstruction Project. The project aims to replace aging infrastructure and use Complete and Green Streets design strategies to improve safety, accessibility, and comfort for all modes, ages, and abilities along the corridor. The consultant will be responsible for tasks such as project management, public engagement, agency permitting, utility coordination, and environmental documentation. The proposal should include the consultant's qualifications, experience, and approach to the project, as well as a detailed scope of work and timeline. • The project is located in the cities of Corcoran and Maple Grove along County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 10. • The consultant will be selected based on a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process. • The project is expected to start on August 18, 2026, and the contract will be awarded on June 5, 2026. • The consultant will be responsible for submitting a proposal that includes all the required information and attachments. • The County reserves the right to modify or cancel the RFP at any time.
