Description
The State of Alabama is seeking laboratory supplies for the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, Birmingham Laboratory. The solicitation is open for bidding from November 7, 2025, to November 12, 2025. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• Suppliers must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The contract may be canceled by the Chief Procurement Officer for justifiable cause.
• Suppliers must provide written proof of manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, certificates of insurance, etc. if requested.
