Description
The U.S. Navy's Undersea Warfighting Development Center Detachment Arctic Submarine Laboratory is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide air charter services to support Arctic operations for ICEX 2026. The solicitation includes four distinct Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs), each with specific requirements as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• The contractor shall provide air charter services as described in the attached PWS.
