Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide stainless steel surgical equipment repairs. The contractor must be a representative of stainless steel surgical equipment repair and must be able to pick up equipment within 3-5 days. The contractor must also provide an exact match and exact scheduled pricing list. The period of performance is from 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2031.
* The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management database.
* The contractor must provide descriptive literature showing how their product meets or exceeds the requirements.
* The contractor must submit a quote that includes vendor name, cage code, DUNS number, tax identification number, prompt payment terms, delivery time, GSA contract number (if applicable), date quote expires, warranty, total price for each line item, total quote price, and technical documentation.
