The City of Alexandria seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Alexandria Zoological Park, covering seven buildings (approximately 3,750 sq ft) and an outdoor picnic area. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision, adhere to specific cleaning protocols using veterinarian‑approved chemicals, and perform daily, weekly, and periodic deep‑cleaning tasks while observing utility‑conservation and security requirements.
