Central New York Psychiatric Center Building 39 Rehabilitation - Construction Manager-Build Services

The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) is seeking proposals from Construction Managers to provide professional construction management services during the construction phases of the project for the Office of Mental Health (OMH) at Central New York Psychiatric Center Building 39. The project involves renovating a 6-story, 400,000 square foot building, including abatement of hazardous materials, replacement of windows, and installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and roofing systems. The construction manager will be responsible for procuring trade contracts and managing the construction phase of the project. • The project is located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, New York • The project involves renovating patient/resident services, bedrooms, common spaces, dining facilities, and staff spaces • The building will be occupied throughout the entire duration of construction • A phasing plan has been developed to relocate patients and staff to unoccupied wards within Building 39 • The construction manager will be required to submit a Maximum Contract Price (MCP) after procuring trade packages
