Description
The State Highway Administration is seeking bids for on-call milling and paving projects in Western Baltimore County. The contractor will provide milling and paving services, including spreading materials, compacting with a roller, and patching surfaces. The contractor must have a minimum of five years' experience in operating the applicable machines. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the lowest price.
