Description
The City of Lynchburg is seeking bids for the construction of Lynchburg Heritage Park Phase 1. The project includes demolition, grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, new concrete walks, a new parking lot, new concrete stairs with handrails, a new meadow, new electrical conduit and connections, and new stabilized turf. The bid submission deadline is August 27, 2026.

• The bid must include all necessary costs for completion of the work.
• The contractor must have a Virginia Class A contractor's license.
• The project has a liquidated damages clause of $250 per day for delayed completion.
