Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide subsistence items for the 3rd and 4th quarters of FY26. The contractor will be required to deliver the items to the Food Service Warehouse at FDC Honolulu between June 1, 2026, and June 15, 2026. The items include various types of beans, canned goods, meats, and other food products. The contractor must ensure that all items meet the specifications outlined in the Commercial Item Descriptions (CIDs) referenced in the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including certifications and test reports, to ensure compliance with the specifications.
• The contractor must deliver the items in accordance with the delivery schedule and terms outlined in the solicitation.
• The contractor must ensure that all items are properly labeled and packaged to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for all items, including any applicable taxes or fees.
