The U.S. Embassy in Belmopan, Belize is seeking to purchase an electric forklift. The forklift should have the following specifications: Landoll Bendi Electrical Forklift Model Quad (4-Stage) Mast B40AC, with a lift height of 276 inches, a lowered height of 95 inches, and a capacity of 4,000 lbs. The contractor shall deliver the forklift to the U.S. Despatch Agent located at SUVI Global Services, 11380 NW 34th ST, Doral, FL 33178, United States. The price listed shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required items.
• The forklift should be a brand name or equal to the specified model.
• The contractor shall provide proof of SAM registration.
• The contractor shall provide a completed Matrix Table for the "Equal" item.
• The contractor shall provide required documents for the forklift, including brochures, pictures, and operator and maintenance manuals.
• The contractor shall provide training for U.S. Embassy personnel to safely operate and maintain the forklift.
• The contractor shall identify and provide a list of local forklift dealers in country for diagnosis and parts.
