Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, is seeking a responsible contractor to provide sewer line cleaning and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Jesup, located in Jesup, Georgia. The contractor will be required to mechanically clean, inspect, and remove debris from approximately 8,407 linear feet of sewer lines, using high-pressure water jetting and a self-propelled, color camera system. The contractor must also document sewer line conditions and infiltration points.
• The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) agreement, with evaluation conducted using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.
• The solicitation is set aside for small businesses only, and registration in SAM is required.
• The anticipated closing date for receipt of quotations is March 20, 2026, at 2:00 pm Mountain Time.
• Payment will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in accordance with 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer- System for Award Management.
