Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a service/maintenance agreement for the NovoCyte Quanteon flow cytometry system. The contractor will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, service support, and technical phone support for the system. The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four option years. The contractor must provide a qualified service engineer with expertise in servicing the NovoCyte Quanteon system. The scope of work includes performing preventative maintenance visits, calibrating detectors and lasers, providing on-site repair services, and offering 24/7 technical support.
• The contractor must provide detailed service reports for each maintenance and repair visit.
• The contractor must include all costs associated with travel in the quote.
• The contractor must provide access to 24/7 technical support via phone and email.
• The contractor must provide regular updates/upgrade to software to ensure compatibility with new features and enhancements.
• The contractor must provide parts, labor, and travel included in the quote.
