Description
The University of South Carolina is seeking bids for the selective demolition and construction of a new brick screen wall of approximately 148 linear feet located at the rear service area of the Russell House. The project includes but is not limited to:
- Demolition of existing brick wall
- Construction of new brick wall
- Installation of new flashing and weatherproofing
- Painting and finishing work
The project is expected to start on or about June 6, 2026, and be completed by July 9, 2026.
Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the University's procurement website.
A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project.
The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
