Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to provide a social media archiving subscription for the Registrar-Recorder and County Clerk department. The subscription should include unlimited accounts and up to 3.5K records per month, as well as risk management analytics (RMA) and web snapshots. The contract period is from 10/16/2025 to 10/15/2026.
• The vendor should provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments.
• The vendor should comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• The vendor should provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer, confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer the products and/or perform the services.
• The vendor should provide a certificate of insurance, listing the County of Los Angeles as the certificate holder.
• The vendor should provide a quotation, stating the unit price and extended amount for each item.
