Description
The City of Columbus Public Service Department is seeking qualified contractors to upgrade 31 downtown bus stops lacking concrete pads. The work involves resurfacing and constructing new concrete bus pads in the Columbus Downtown Business District, in partnership with ODOT. Only pre‑qualified prime contractors may bid, and the prime must perform at least 50 % of the contract value. A 5 % small business subcontracting goal is established. Bids are submitted electronically via BidExpress; hard copies are not accepted.
