Description
This solicitation seeks vendors to supply a comprehensive list of chemicals, cleaning equipment, and related consumables for the Bossier Parish School Board’s child‑nutrition program kitchens and cafeterias for the 2026‑27 school year. The award may be split among multiple vendors, and bidders are not required to quote every line‑item. All items must comply with USDA Buy‑American requirements and any Louisiana‑manufacturing preference. Deliveries will be made to a central warehouse and directly to 38 school sites throughout Bossier Parish, with a delivery window from July 2026 through June 2027. The contract price is firm for 60 days after opening and remains fixed for the 12‑month term, with optional renewals up to a total of five years.
