Description
Andron Construction is requesting best and final proposals from certified M/WBE and SDVOB firms for the RPC - Renovate Nursing Cores Building 58 & 60 project in Orangeburg, NY.
Primary objective is to reconfigure the central nursing core functions across 14 behavioral health inpatient units and convert existing administrative space into a new patient unit. The buildings are part of an occupied secured facility. The facility will utilize swing spaces to maintain thier full patient capacity and facility operations.
Project will be phased over a 42 month period.
Project is subject to a PLA (Project Labor Agreement).
All proposals are to be submitted to Andron by end of day Friday, October 2, 2026.
