Description
The City of Cleveland’s Division of Purchases & Supplies is seeking qualified vendors to supply a broad range of automotive paints and related consumables for the Division of Motor Vehicle Maintenance on an as‑needed basis. The contract will not exceed $25,000 in total value, and bidders must disclose discount percentages for each product group and provide required compliance disclosures.
• Provide automotive paints, primers, lacquers, additives, and related supplies from multiple manufacturers (PPG, 3‑M, SEM, US Chemical, etc.).
• Submit price lists with discount percentages; all shipping costs must be included in unit prices.
• Required attachments include Northern Ireland Fair Employment affidavit and Ohio wage‑theft disclosure, both signed.
• Bids must be submitted electronically (or via sealed envelope) by July 28, 2026 3:00 PM; no price increases allowed after award.
