Sources Sought: Janitorial Services for Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, is seeking businesses that are interested in and capable of performing cleaning and janitorial services throughout the Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake Project Area, located in Ralls and Monroe Counties, Missouri. The contract is anticipated to be a base year plus up to four optional years with a typical period of performance of 365 days each contract year. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material necessary to clean buildings, litter pick up, trash removal, adjust courtesy boat docks, and service and maintain sanitary conditions at the project area. Key responsibilities include: • Cleaning buildings • Litter pick up • Trash removal • Adjusting courtesy boat docks • Servicing and maintaining sanitary conditions The USACE is seeking capability statements and experience responses from interested businesses to identify potential System for Award Management (SAM) Database registered businesses that are interested in and capable of performing this work.
