The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) is inviting sealed bids from qualified, experienced, and properly licensed General Construction Contractors to complete and reconstruct a single-family residential home located at #2-9 Estate Mount Pleasant, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The project includes selective demolition, installation of a new galvanized roofing system, plumbing and electrical systems, drywall and interior partitions, ceramic tile flooring, kitchen cabinetry, windows and doors, painting, driveway construction, drainage improvements, cistern rehabilitation, handrails, and all related site and utility improvements. The successful bidder will be required to perform all work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, applicable building codes, HUD requirements, Davis-Bacon requirements, and all federal and territorial regulations. • The project consists of the completion and reconstruction of an approximately 1,250 square-foot masonry block and concrete residential dwelling. • A pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for May 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at #2-9 Estate Mount Pleasant, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. • The submission deadline is June 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. AST. • The bid opening date is June 15, 2026, at 2:10 p.m. AST. • The bid opening link is provided, and the meeting ID and passcode are available for online participation.
