Description
The Memphis Community Schools is seeking bids for the Elementary Gym Structural Repairs project. The project involves structural repairs to the elementary school gym and includes bid categories for structural and miscellaneous steel, architectural and general trades, and roofing. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through Building Connected, and a pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on October 15, 2025. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Memphis Community Schools on the AIA Document A132-2019 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor, Construction Manager as Advisor Edition.
