The VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System in Reno, NV seeks a vendor to lease a Cell‑Saver perfusion system, provide credentialed autotransfusionist services, supply all disposables, and perform preventive/ corrective maintenance for intra‑operative non‑cardiac autotransfusion. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ with a base period of one year (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2027) and up to four one‑year option extensions, for a total possible term of five years.
