The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources is seeking bids for the Somerset Place - Collins House HVAC Repair project. The scope of work includes replacing 4 dual temp fan coil units with new 16 SEER Heat Pumps. The project is located at the Somerset Place - Collins House, and a pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, March 26th, 2026, at 10 am. Bids will be received until Wednesday, April 15th, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The award of the contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder as soon as practical. Key aspects of the project include: • Replacing 4 dual temp fan coil units with new 16 SEER Heat Pumps • Compliance with North Carolina General Statute 87 • Proper licensing under State laws governing respective trades • General Contractors must have general license classification for Unlimited Construction • Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACCEPTANCE form provided • The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities
