The U.S. Navy (NAVSEA) is conducting a market survey for the AN/SPY‑6(V) family of naval radars (variants V1, V2, V3, V4). The intent is to award a multi‑award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to produce and support these radars beginning FY27, with production potentially extending through FY35. The Government seeks industry feedback on a “build‑to‑print” approach, possible breakout of LRUs or subsystems, and the preferred contract structures (fixed‑price, FP‑I, etc.). Interested firms are asked to provide capability statements, sign the Unclassified Terms‑of‑Use Agreement, and may schedule one‑on‑one sessions or attend industry days. No formal proposals are required at this stage.
• Market research for production of AN/SPY‑6(V) radar variants (V1‑V4) under a multi‑award IDIQ.
• Potential breakout of Digital Receiver/Exciter, TRIMM, Prime Power Equipment, and other subsystems for separate task orders.
• Requirements include past experience with S‑Band radar, complex electronic assemblies, and ability to handle Critical Technology (DD Form 2345 required).
• Responses due by 29 May 2026; submission deadline for the RFI is 15 Sept 2026.
