Description
This solicitation is a small‑business set‑aside RFQ for a five‑year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the utility vehicle fleet at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, parts (billed separately), transportation, and facilities needed to perform periodic scheduled maintenance, repair, and “over‑and‑above” services on ATVs, UTVs, LSVs, and motorized golf carts. Work can be performed at the contractor’s Guam facility or on‑site at the base, with vehicle pick‑up and delivery required. Orders are placed on a task‑order basis, each not to exceed six months, and are priced on a firm‑fixed‑price basis using pre‑priced unit rates. The contract ceiling is $4.85 million, with a minimum order of $2,500 and a maximum per order of $250,000.
