Description
The City of Dayton is seeking bids for Public Safety Bomb Suit Accessories. The bid includes the provision of Med-Eng's EOD 10 Bomb Suits and related accessories. The city requires a firm price agreement through December 31, 2026. Bidders must submit their bids electronically, and the bid must include all shipping costs. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in a bid.
• The bid must include a copy of the company's W-9 form and a completed Vendor Application form if not already registered with the City of Dayton.
• Bidders must provide a current copy of their Affirmative Action Assurance Form.
• The city has a preference for local and certified minority business enterprises (MBEs), women business enterprises (WBEs), and small business enterprises (SBEs).
• The bid must include a statement of compliance with the City's labor standards and a disclosure of any litigation or investigations.
