Description
The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking the services of on-call masonry services. The work to be performed under this Professional Services Agreement includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the on-call masonry services. The scope of work can be found in Exhibit A and includes general masonry construction projects such as concrete block and/or brick wall repairs. The initial term of the agreement will be for 12 months, from approximately January 16, 2026 through January 15, 2027, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms. The selected contractor will be required to provide invoices for payment within 30 days of work being completed and must have at least five years of experience similar in nature and scope to the needs of the District.
• The District is a regional agency providing fire protection services to the cities of Elk Grove and Galt, as well as unincorporated areas in southern Sacramento County.
• The District also provides parks and recreation services exclusively to the Elk Grove community.
• The selected contractor will be required to provide evidence of commercial general liability, automobile liability, and property damage insurance from an insurance company authorized to be in business in the State of California.
• The contractor must also provide workers' compensation insurance as required by the Labor Code of the State of California.
• The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal.
